YstradTV is currently in the development stage of a collaboration project with Young Wales’ new venture, ONtv. ONtv will be an online digital channel produced, by young people, for young people (11-25 year olds), supplying an innovative platform for young people to showcase their work, the creation of their endeavours.
The station will initially be established in the Communities First areas of the former Coalfield areas of South Wales, although the ONtv brand is not location specific and will allow it to expand throughout the Principality.
The ONtv site will consist of three main channels, Music, Sport and News, with YstradTV producing the content for the latter.
Content for the channels will be covered across Wales and will be updated on a daily basis.
At present, YstradTV is looking for young people to get involved with the project. We are looking for a dedicated news team to cover all areas of the production. Are you a budding script writer, director, cameraman or are you the face of ONtv News?
This project will be a great way to learn new skills, gain great work experience and have some fun.
